The accessible shower curtain allows a hoisted user to pass through the curtain rail, into the showering area and then allows them or the care assistants to close the curtain rail behind them.
This gives the shower user privacy when showering and helps to retain water with in the disabled shower unit.
The closable and accessible shower curtain around the elderly and disabled user also protects the flooring and walling in the accessible bathroom that is outside the showering area.
Hoist accessible showering solutions
The opening curtain rail system complements the use of ceiling track hoists into the accessible showering area. The service user can then be hoisted into the shower / bath area and close the curtains behind them.

The hinged curtain rail is manufactured in our assembly plants. We manufacture here in the UK allowing us to provide a fast reliable product.
The rails and bespoke hinges are made from rust resistant materials.
Our technical departments are able to offer full training on installation best practices. We also provide CPD and training opportunities for health care professionals to better understand and specify the product.
